Trainer / Consultants 

Our Trainer/Consultant staff is made up of part-time & fulltime employees. We closely review each client’s needs and then match a Trainer/Consultant’s strengths to that specific training requirement.

Each Trainer/Consultant has first line operating experience in their field and is capable of directly interfacing with your employees in a manner which gains their confidence and respect. The success of all our programs is closely tied to the ability of our training staff to develop working relationships with both the trainee and the management staff.

We have successful application experience in both the union and non-union operations. We have worked with UAW, IUE-CWA and Steel Workers in Fortune 500 companies.

Project Consultants

Training Services & Solutions, Ltd. now has a staff of 45+ project consultants and we are adding additional service specialties as our client needs dictate.

Each of our Project Consultants brings the combination of formal training and real world, first hand experience to your project. What sets us apart is when you select our firm for your consulting needs. You are supported by an experienced individual, who has demonstrated their ability in the business world. Not an individual starting their consulting career. Most of our consultants have in the past or currently are partners in successful independent consulting organizations, so they understand how to deliver cost effective project support activities.
