What makes the KNOW ^SM program different is its emphasis on employee task specific training with the completion of a hands-on performance appraisal at its conclusion. A second major part of the services provided by Training Services & Solutions, Ltd. is its Project Consulting Services Group which offers our clients solutions to a wide range of business topics delivered by a team of seasoned professionals. Each team member brings 10 + years first hand operating experience in engineering, quality, management and human resources fields.

Company Principals:
William E Ferris started Training Services & Solutions, Ltd. following a series of career successes in Industrial Management and as a Professional Technical Trainer, spanning more than 35 years. Seeing that businesses in the manufacturing sector and other fields needed a method to quickly train their work force on the task at hand, he developed the Knowledge Now On the Worksite ^SM (KNOW ^SM) approach to training delivery. The KNOW ^SM program  delivered by individuals who have first hand job performance skills has given industries a new and effective manner of upgrading the classic On-the-job training interventions.

Each Trainer/Consultant or Project Consultant has a record of success and is capable of not only task execution, but brings a passion for passing his/her skills and knowledge on to others in the workplace. Our programs look at the client’s specific needs and then tailor the program delivery to address only those tasks which improve performance.
